Mourne Cooley Gullion Geotourism will participate in Kilkeel Fish Festival: 24th – 26th August 2013 with Geologist Dr. Siobhán E. Power leading a guided geology walk on Cranfield Beach from 11.30am – 1pm on Saturday 24th August 2013.
The walk meeting point will be outside Beachcomber Cafe, Chestnutt Holiday Park, Cranfield West at 11.30am. From here Siobhán will lead the walk to the beach and will take you through geology associated with Cranfield and identification of fossils on the beach.
